Galah Sales Platform ("Galah", "we", "us") operates the sales platform for independent representatives in solar and adjacent verticals. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

2. Information we collect

When you join our waitlist, we collect:

  • Email address
  • Preferred language (ES/EN)
  • Basic technical info (browser, OS, IP address)
  • Date and time of signup

When you use the platform as a registered rep (future), we'll also collect: full name, phone, business address, tax info (W-9 or equivalent), deal history, commissions, and performance metrics.

3. How we use your information

  • To notify you about beta launch and priority opportunities
  • To send you relevant content about the platform
  • To operate and improve the service
  • To comply with legal and tax obligations
  • To process commission payments (when you're an active rep)

We do NOT sell your information to third parties.

4. Sharing with third parties

We share information only with service providers necessary to operate the platform:

  • Supabase (database storage)
  • Cloudflare (web infrastructure and CDN)
  • Solar installers (EPCs) — only specific deal data
  • Payment processors (Stripe, Wise) — for commission payouts
  • Government authorities when legally required

5. Your rights

You have the right to:

  • Access information we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of your account and data
  • Withdraw consent at any time
  • Export your data in portable format (GDPR/CCPA applicable)

6. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. We use encryption in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. However, no system is 100% secure.

7. Cookies and analytics

We use essential cookies to operate the site and anonymized analytics tools to understand usage. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

8. Minors

The platform is not directed at minors under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.

We may update this policy periodically. The update date appears above. Material changes will be notified by email.
